Cruuvo by NW Agentic is operated by NW Agentic, LLC. Support is by email, and every message is read by a person.
Contact support
Email support@cruuvo.com from the address you use to sign in to Cruuvo. We reply by email.
To help us answer quickly, include:
- the email address on your Cruuvo account;
- what you were trying to do and what happened instead;
- the name of the System, run, or connected service involved, if any.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, or payment card numbers. We never ask for them.
Account and sign-in
Cruuvo accounts sign in with Google. If you cannot sign in, email support from the Google address on the account and tell us what you see. Team owners and admins manage members and access from Settings in the Cruuvo console.
Connected services
Connections in the Cruuvo console shows each service you have connected, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and its status. To take Cruuvo’s access away, revoke it on the provider’s side, for example from your Google Account permissions, or email support and name the connection and we will remove the stored access. If a connection shows an error or keeps asking you to reconnect, email support with the service name.
Your data and account deletion
To request a copy of, a correction to, or deletion of your personal information, or to delete your Cruuvo account, follow the steps on our data deletion page. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and the service providers we use.
Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. For a receipt, a refund question, or a change to your plan, email support with the account email and the approximate date of the charge.
Security issues
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Cruuvo, or that an account has been accessed without permission, email support@cruuvo.com with “Security” in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable time to investigate before sharing details publicly.
