Marketplace Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This Marketplace Policy sets the rules for listings published on the Cruuvo Marketplace, operated by NW Agentic, LLC (“NW Agentic”). It applies to all publishers and supplements the Publisher Agreement.

Acceptable listings

Listings must do what they describe, be safe to install, and clearly disclose what data they read and what actions they take. Keep listing titles, descriptions, and screenshots accurate and current.

Prohibited content and behavior

  • Anything unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or infringing.
  • Listings that exfiltrate data, exceed the permissions they request, or bypass customer approvals and safeguards.
  • Manipulating reviews, ratings, install counts, or marketplace ranking.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, affiliation, or capabilities.

Ranking and treatment

How listings are ranked and treated is described in our Marketplace disclosures. NW Agentic-authored Playbooks are held to the same trust, policy, and quality checks as publisher listings.

Restricted categories

Listings touching sensitive areas — such as healthcare, legal, financial, or employment Systems — may require additional disclosures or human-review safeguards before they can be published or installed.

Enforcement

NW Agentic may review, label, suspend, or remove listings, and may restrict or revoke publisher access, to enforce this Policy or protect customers. We aim to give notice where practical.

Changes and contact

We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Questions can be sent to NW Agentic via nwagentic.ai/contact.
