Marketplace disclosures
This page summarizes the main parameters used to rank listings in Cruuvo Marketplace and describes the treatment signals customers and publishers should expect.
Ranking parameters
Relative importance is expressed as the current weighting in the composite marketplace ranking score.
| Parameter | Relative importance | How it is used |
|---|---|---|
| Customer retention | 30% | Customer retention and continued use of installed System templates are the strongest marketplace ranking signal. |
| Verified reviews | 20% | Verified customer reviews and review quality influence marketplace ordering. |
| Execution reliability | 10% | Successful System runs and lower failure rates improve ranking. |
| Refund and chargeback rates | 10% | Refunds, chargebacks, and similar trust signals can reduce ranking. |
| Recency of publication and maintenance | 10% | Recently maintained listings and current versions are favored over stale listings. |
| Publisher reputation | 10% | Publisher standing, support history, and listing quality contribute to ranking. |
| Compliance history | 10% | Policy compliance, review outcomes, and unresolved compliance issues contribute to ranking. |
| Fraud, abuse, delisting, or active suspension | Penalty or exclusion | Fraud, abuse, active suspension, delisting, and policy-risk signals can penalize or exclude a listing from marketplace surfaces. |
Differentiated treatment
- Sponsored placement
- Cruuvo does not currently sell sponsored marketplace placement. If that changes, paid placement will be labeled.
- First-party System templates
- NW Agentic-authored System templates may appear beside publisher listings. The same trust, policy, and quality checks apply before publication.
- Restricted categories
- Healthcare, legal, financial, employment, and similar categories can require extra human-review disclosures or approvals before install.
