Data deletion

Last updated: October 28, 2026

This page explains how to remove data from Cruuvo by NW Agentic, a product operated by NW Agentic, LLC. It covers three things: revoking a service you connected, deleting your Cruuvo account, and asking us to delete personal information when you cannot sign in. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why.

Revoke a connected service

When you connect a third-party tool such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Cruuvo holds the access you granted so your Systems can act on your behalf. You can take that access away at any time, in either of two ways.

  1. Revoke it on the provider’s side, for example from your Google Account permissions or your Microsoft account’s app permissions. Cruuvo can no longer use the connection. The entry may keep its previous status in Connections until support removes the stored access, so also email us if you want it removed from your account.
  2. Or email support@cruuvo.com from the account’s email address and name the connection. We remove the stored access and confirm by email.

Revoking a service does not delete your Cruuvo account or the Systems, run history, and approval records already in it. To remove those, delete the account.

Delete your Cruuvo account

An account owner can delete the account from the Cruuvo console. This deletes the account for every member.

  1. Sign in as an owner and open Settings.
  2. Under Delete account, choose Delete and type the confirmation text shown in the dialog.

As soon as the request is confirmed, Cruuvo:

  • locks the account and removes every member’s access;
  • suspends every deployed System so nothing runs again;
  • queues the removal of the cloud resources Cruuvo created to run your Systems.

For 30 days after the request, an owner or admin of the account can restore it by signing in again. Restoring brings back its members, Systems, and settings; Systems run again after a new checkout. Export anything you need before the 30 days end.

When the 30 days end, we delete or de-identify the account’s personal data: sign-in links, memberships, onboarding and discovery answers, and the record of emails we sent. We keep System configurations, run and usage records, billing records, and audit records for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require, with personal identifiers removed where the law allows.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, are not an account owner, or want personal information deleted without deleting the whole account, email support@cruuvo.com with “Data deletion request” in the subject line. Send it from the email address associated with the data so we can confirm the request is yours; we may ask you to verify that address before acting. We confirm by email when the deletion is complete. The same channel handles requests for a copy of, or a correction to, your personal information.

Data from Google and other providers

Data Cruuvo obtained through a connected service, including Google user data, is held only in your account and only to run the Systems you configured. Revoking the service stops further access, and deleting the account removes that data as described above. Our use of Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
