Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Cruuvo by NW Agentic (“Cruuvo,” “we,” “us”), a product operated by NW Agentic, LLC (“NW Agentic”), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Cruuvo application and website at cruuvo.com. Cruuvo is an AI Systems platform for small and medium businesses.

Which terms apply

This Policy is the only privacy policy that governs the Cruuvo application and cruuvo.com, including signing in to Cruuvo. NW Agentic’s public website at nwagentic.ai has its own website privacy policy, which covers that website only. If anything on nwagentic.ai conflicts with this Policy for information you provide to Cruuvo, this Policy controls.

Information we collect

  • Account information. When you sign in — including through Google — we receive basic profile information such as your name and email address to create and secure your account.
  • Data from services you connect. When you connect a third-party tool to run a System, we access only the data needed to perform the actions you configure, using the permissions you grant.
  • System content. The Systems, Playbooks, prompts, and settings you create, and the run logs and approvals they generate.
  • Usage and device data. Standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • provide, operate, and secure Cruuvo;
  • run the Systems you configure, including reading data and taking the actions you approve across your connected tools;
  • authenticate you, prevent abuse, and maintain audit and approval records;
  • provide support and respond to your requests; and
  • understand and improve how the service performs (in aggregate or de-identified form where practical).

Google user data and Limited Use

Cruuvo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we use data obtained through Google APIs only to provide or improve the features you have connected, we do not sell that data, we do not transfer or use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Humans do not read your Google data except where you explicitly request support, where required for security or to comply with the law, or where the data has been aggregated and de-identified.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • with the third-party services you connect, as directed by your Systems;
  • with the service providers listed below, which process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
  • when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or NW Agentic; and
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

Service providers

We use these service providers (sub-processors) to run Cruuvo. We update this list when we add or change a sub-processor.

  • Google Cloud and Firebase (Google LLC): hosting, sign-in, databases, and service logs for Cruuvo and cruuvo.com.
  • Google Gemini API (Google LLC): the AI interview in onboarding and the System builder, including voice audio when you choose to speak.
  • OpenRouter: routes AI requests from the System builder to model providers, including Anthropic.
  • Stripe: billing and payments. Payment card details go directly to Stripe and are not stored by Cruuvo.
  • Resend: sends team invitation emails.
  • Google Fonts: serves the site’s fonts. Your browser requests font files from Google, which receives your IP address.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices

  • You can take away Cruuvo’s access to a connected service at any time by revoking it on the provider’s side, for example from your Google Account permissions, or by asking us to remove the connection. Cruuvo stops using it going forward.
  • You can delete your Cruuvo account from Settings, and you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Our data deletion page gives the steps, what is removed, and what we retain.

Children

Cruuvo is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
