Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cruuvo by NW Agentic (the “Service”), a product operated by NW Agentic. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

Cruuvo is an AI workflow automation platform for small and medium businesses. It lets you install pre-built Playbooks or compose Workflows that read data, make decisions, request human approval where you configure it, and take actions across the third-party tools you connect.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. The Service is intended for business use by people aged 18 or older.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law or third-party right;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content; or
• exceed or circumvent the permissions granted by a connected service.

Your data and connected services

You retain ownership of the data and content you bring to the Service. You grant NW Agentic the limited rights needed to host and process that data to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Cruuvo to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant; your use of that service remains subject to its own terms.

AI output and human approval

The Service uses AI to assist with drafting and running Workflows. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Cruuvo is designed so that actions which send, pay, or change something can require human approval first; you are responsible for reviewing and approving the actions your Workflows take and for the outcomes of actions you approve.

Fees

Paid features are billed on a usage basis — you pay for what you use. Applicable pricing and billing terms are presented to you before you incur charges.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, NW Agentic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
